My favourite board game growing up, well there were actually 2. The first one was everyone's favourite Monopoly and the other was Holiday Game. These were fantastic games and you could play them for ages.

My favorite was always The Game of Life. I liked a number of others, but not nearly as much.

I have never played this game believe it or not, how is this game played and what is the objective of this game? The board has a spinner that you spin to move, and you go along the board trying to get the most money. You can land on things that take away money or give money, get money when you have a career and pass pay day, and just generally race to the finish line. That's my best description.

So it’s similar to Monopoly?

I actually had two favorite board games growing up which were Sorry and Trouble. I have never played any of these games. I’ve herd of it though. How does it work? Sorry! Objective: The objective is to be the first player to get all four of their coloured pawns from their start space, around the board to their "home" space. The pawns are normally moved in a clockwise direction but can be moved backward if directed. Movement of pawns is directed by the drawing of a card. The board game is laid out in a square with 16 spaces per side, with each player assigned their own coloured Start location and Home locations offset towards the centre, one per side. Four five-square paths, one per colour, lead from the common outer path towards a player's Home and are designated their "Safety Zone". On each side are two "Slides", grouping four or five spaces each. Older versions of Sorry! contain a coloured "diamond space" directly one space back from each start square; a pawn of the diamond's colour may not move forward over this square. Instead, a pawn of that colour must diverge from the outer space square towards their "Home". The diamond space and corresponding rule were removed from subsequent editions. Trouble: Be the first player to move all four of your colored pegs around the game board and into your FINISH line. During the game, try to send your opponents' pegs back to HOME.

It's a tricky question to answer, as there are so many board games I really enjoy playing. I would most likely have to choose Chess. It's a fun, challenging, and strategic game to play with family and friends.

It's a fun, challenging, and strategic game to play with family and friends. I wouldn't even be able to tell you the difference between Checkers and Chess, so therefore I do not have any interest in it whatsoever. It's 5oo slow for my liking to be honest. I believe you're the first person I know on any forums I have visited that likes playing Chess are you are a master at it or?
