Do you like or hate daylight savings and why? If your area doesn't observe Daylight savings, would you like it to or not and why?

I have always grew up with this system, so it would be weird not moving my clocks now and then.
In the UK it was originally started to give the school kids lighter morning to walk to school in the winter but we always get the long summer days back!

When did this occur if I may ask.

I wouldn't say I 'hate' DST, but I'm certainly not a fan. It tends to make me very confused for days on end when we change the clocks, because there's often one missed or my computer changes before I even remember it is, so...

I don't mind daylight savings, but I'm not a massive fan either. It can be confusing and easy to miss work, school, or an important appointment if you happen to forget what time it is. It only happens twice a year, though.
